We were happy to come to this restaurant. The meal itself is excellent and plentiful. We travel both in Africa and Japan while passing through France. Special mention to the dish “French mountain lake and Japanese river” as well as to the dessert “Fulani people”. On the other hand, a big downside on the service… The waitress we had was clearly rude. She placed the cutlery and plates on the table in a brutal manner, sighed, rolled her eyes, did not speak with us and did not smile all evening. The restaurant chef came to our table to talk to us about a dish which fortunately brought a little sweetness to this evening. At 11:30 p.m. when we were the last customers, we were given our coats again and therefore invited to leave. Considering the final price, the quality of service is clearly not up to par, this is the first time I have felt uncomfortable in a Michelin-starred restaurant. Although I ate very well, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
Nous attendions ce moment depuis avril, après un report c'était le grand jour de notre repas chez Mory Sacko tant attenduPoints à améliorer : un service aimable gentil mais parfois dépassé et donc brouillon avec des erreurs regrettables dans un étoilé Michelin, un mobilier assez inconfortable quand on reste prés de heures à table, une chaleur excessive dans le restaurant du sans doute à l'affluence.Points au top : La cuisine du Chef bien sur ! Merci à lui d'ailleurs pour ce petit debriefing de fin de repas. Personnes difficiles s'abstenir, cette cuisine ne laisse pas indifférent ! Beaucoup de saveurs marquées vers l'acidité ou le piment. Un vrai travail de recherche entre diverses cuisines revendiqué par Mory Sacko. On peut être parfois désarçonné par tant d'inventivité mais quelle belle expérience !
Deux fois qu’on avait dû renoncer à venir dans ce restaurant à cause de la pandémie… La fois fut la bonne et nous ne le regrettons pas. Dans une petite salle plus intimiste qui a vu sur les cuisine, où le chef ne ménage pas sa peine, nous avons pu déguster une cuisine inventive tout en restant accessible. Le service est présent juste ce qu’il faut. Une agréable soirée à refaire mais en étant organisée car il y a plusieurs semaines d’attente…
