3.5 stars!I had this place bookmarked for the giggly Japanese Souffle Pancakes and was looking forward to it after traveling 300 miles to LA.First, they do not accept counter orders. You have to order and pay at the kiosks. It wasn't super busy on a Saturday at around 4pm. We got a nice table to sit down to wait for our desserts. We thought 10-15 min wait, right! It took 25 minutes for the souffle pancakes. I didn't mind waiting for worthy food but I wish they would have a sign or warning for the extra wait because I had to be somewhere at a certain time. If I knew, I would come back at another time! Also, they forgot to make my matcha latte and had to wait another 5-10 min on top. No reason...

This place goes beyond the typical boba shop, in the sense that they offer much more than just the average milk tea boba experience. Came for the soufflé jiggly pancakes! They had a very intriguing variety of flavors!The shop is very cute and modern. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. We came on a Sunday and parking was compact and full, it took us 10 minutes to find a spot. They open at 12pm, we arrived around 12:30pm and it was packed!We ordered via machine and for indoor seating you pick a table stand number. We got the Crème Brûlée soufflé pancakes and the Netellamisu Mousee soufflé pancakes! Absolutely loved the Crème brûlée! The taro soufflé pancakes are absolutely phenomenal—it's like indulging in a slice of cloud! They are incredibly fluffy and light, which is truly remarkable. Since these soufflé pancakes are made fresh to order, be prepared for a bit of a wait during busy times. As for kid-friendliness, children can enjoy watching their pancakes being made right in front of them!

Motto used to be quite good, but they've really cut back on the amount of taro puree and pork floss served with their soufflé pancakes. The matcha mochi in their drink was so thick it felt like a workout just to drink it, so I would recommend steering clear of that. On the bright side, their cheese foam was excellent!
There may be a bit of a wait, and it can get quite crowded for the souffle pancakes, so it's best to plan ahead and be prepared to search for seats. However, the bubble tea was delightful.
Stumbled upon this place. Holy cow! This place is amazing. Had the mango uji tea and creme Brule pancakes. Definitely coming back.
Great for photo ops. Pancakes are eh lol try if you never had. Fluffy but airy inside.
