Mount Nemrut Turkish

We have been going to this gem of a restaurant for nearly a year now, and every time we get the same warm welcome to their cosy restaurant. Straight away the interesting decor pulls you in, to sit in a quiet corner for two or on a bigger table for a family or group of friends.....and often there are are three mixes of tables to make the places great atmosphere. The food is fresh and prepared to order by real chefs.....not boil in the bag stuff. The bread is fantastic, along with the simple salads, chilli sauce and yoghurt. My favourite started is the lambs liver, but there is plenty of choice, hot, cold ,sharing or individual plates. The mains are great too....my favourite is the Adana shush, but there is again plenty of choice including vegetarian. The rice and bulgar wheat is great......but they offer chips if you want to stray from tradition!! We've not managed a desert yet...except the great Turkish delight with a traditional coffee! Superb all round and great selection of drinks...and of course, Efes!!
