During my trip to Arizona, my mother and I were craving pizza. We originally went to Round Table Pizza, but ended up stumbling upon Mountain Mike's. We were drawn in by the delicious aroma and decided to give it a try. The pizza exceeded our expectations with its perfect combination of garlic sauce and fresh vegetables. CE, the friendly and knowledgeable young lady who took our order, provided excellent service. My mother claimed it was the best pizza she had ever tasted, and I couldn't agree more. We will definitely be returning to Mountain Mike's in the future.
Unprofessional staff. I went there to get an over-essed delivery and she started to curse me just because I asked her to give a bag for the customer so I could deliver his food safely! She thinks I should keep my own plastic bags because I get tips from the customer. They don't have this on a regular customer, but unfortunately most of the restaurants they think they can be rude to drivers! Shame! America has lost many workers, just because of this kind of Karens! You can't even complain to their manager because the answer is always the same! I'm the owner.
Pizza keeps me back again and again, but the vibe is idk, lacks a lot of business, decor. Not trying to be on the negative side at all, but I feel that there is so much potential for this place. Some of the employees could really use social training, but maybe it was their first day, lol. Idk, but as I said, you go there for food and the food is always on his A game!
We had pizza and wings, both were good. More importantly, the staff was very kind and nice. We went in almost at closing time, but they told us to take our time and stay as much as we needed.
