Ordered A Pizza for pickup since it would be quicker. They said 20 minutes. I showed up 30 mins after ordering. They guy said it would be 5 minutes. Store was completely empty. 65 minutes later I asked for a refund and my pizza was mysteriously ready. 90 mins for a pizza pickup?! No offer of a free soda or salad while I waited?? What a joke of an establishment
Just ok food, poor customer service. I ordered a pizza for delivery, and specifically asked for extra parmesan cheese, and no red chili flakes, I hate chili peppers flakes. I received my pizza with extra chilli flakes and barely any cheese. No communication between the store and driver. This is the third time this has happened, hence the one star. Love this place/location!! But super bummed pizza wasn?t heart shaped for our valentines dinner (even after confirming it was going to be) it was very cold ? as if it was laying out for a while. Pretty disappointing but other than that we love the friendly employees and great pizza.
I have been taking kids here for years! Our go to place for delicious pizza...it?s nice to have a place you can count on for consistently good food! They never disappoint. Thank you for continuing to provide excellent service!!!
