Horrible customer service. Janessa was incredibly unhelpful and “clueless “. Won’t be going to this location ever again. Tried to order takeout. Was told it was not possible to do so over the phone that I needed to do it on line. I can’t do that. I am disabled and this location is extremely difficult to get to the front door. High curbs, no ramp, dark parking lot, etc. Last time I was there it was a struggle to get in. The manager very kindly told me to call, prepay, and they would bring it out to my car. Ordered the mountain half Hawaiian luau and half pikes. It was cooked to a hard cardboard crust. The toppings were short sauce was short. Won't be going back to waste 100 plus of bad food. I couldn't even get the kids to eat it. Keep in mind I've ordered this exact pizza at other locations and it was delicious. I don't think this location has it together.Kid-friendliness: Nothing other then a quarter machine

I don’t know if it was their meat, sauce or cheese but the pizza smelled terribly. It’s ok to throw away expired stuff. You lose more money by losing customers. That pizza was terrible. Entire pizza in the trash. ? . And your wings, they tasted like Walmart frozen wings. Quality has degraded.
