Don't usually do reviews but thought it was needed here... Very surprised at the place at first. Very well presented, new looking and very fresh. A lot of value for money. I've read mixed reviews but have to say there is nothing wrong with the rooms.. Now here's where the hotel dropped stars for me, went for breakfast this morning and a young girl came out to serve me. Very polite and friendly. Couldn't fault anything she did. But there was an older woman serving collecting etc. This older woman was seriously sharp and blunt. She spoke to the girl like dirt. It was embarrassing. She wouldn't let her do a thing without criticism and barking at this young girl. Every time she entered the kitch...
Have yet to try the breakfast so cant comment on it. Hotel to me doesnt have a great atmosphere. Reception staff when we arrived were polite and professional but I didnt find them particularly friendly. We have been kept awake most of the night by some inconsiderate rowdy residents who I think were spoken to by night staff but continued with the carry on. There was no life about the restaurant or bar earlier which probably was the reason why these morons stayed in their rooms. Will definitely not back here.
6 of us stayed in this hotel on Saturday last (22nd October) We were veyr impressed with the hotel in general. Staff were very efficient and extremely friendly. Rooms were spotless and mattresses very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Very tasty and got exactly what we asked for individually. It was in the lounge as their restaurant is being renovated. This made no difference, very comfortable all round. Would highly recommend the hotel, very easy to find and we wil be back.
If you remember Crossroads on to then this is not dissimilar...... much cheaper than the Hilton in Belfast or Crowne Plaza Dundalk but on entry to the room it became very clear why. Noisy air system in toilet which takes ten mins to go off if you put light on, no bath sheets, just hand towels. Tiny tv on wall. Breakfast room service was quite good though they forgot the milk. All in all fine for a stop over but wouldn't rush back.

Went in on the off chance with my young family as the restaurant next door was full. Decor so old fashioned and no such thing as service with a smile. Awful long wait and food awful when it arrived. Child's burger was burnt and my own chicken meal had no flavour and lumpy mash with sauce slopped all over the plate. Waitress was so sour and clearly didnt want to be there. Better food would of been bought in the chippy next door
Pleasant hotel with friendly staff. Lots of parking and convenient location for nite-stoppers or anyone needing a clean room on the edge of the town. Restaurant was not open during the evening of our stay so meals were served in the underused bar. 'Does what it says on the tin '.
Wasn't sure what to expect here by some of the other reviews, but we were very pleasantly surprised. Food very nice and staff were very nice and accommodating nothing was any trouble. Would definitely stop here again for food.
My wife I stopped overnight at this hotel on Saturday night. All round the service was excellent the receptionist Natashia was more than helpful. Would recommend this hotel for service comfort.

fish wasnt cooked served with some un identifiable disgusting white stuff left it and ate out saw someone elses food left as well so presume the burgers weren't much better!
Very relaxing couple of days food was good great breakfast hotel was spotless staff were very friendly and helpful
