I wanted to rate this restaurant four stars, but unfortunately, I can't. I ordered a second biscuit, and it wasn't included in my order. That's frustrating and unacceptable, especially after I drove half an hour home only to find that not all the food I had paid for was in the bag. I don’t recall having this issue with other Mr. Chicken locations. Additionally, while I've always enjoyed their chicken, I must admit that the chicken breasts tend to be on the smaller side, with not much meat. Also, the mashed potatoes had an odd taste, and the coleslaw could benefit from being creamier.
My husband and I ordered the 6 piece dinner for $23.99 with mashed potatoes and gravy and we chose cole slaw for the other side dish. We were told that we couldn’t get wings because it only comes with breasts, thighs and legs. We were kind of disappointed that we didn’t get wings. The chicken was good, thankfully. However, the gravy for the mashed potatoes was an extreme disappointment, the gravy was awkwardly watery and lacked any flavor. The cole slaw was good as usual. I don’t plan on ever returning, because that gravy was really strange.
Because I was waiting a long time and overlooked when it was time to get my food one of the cashiers (afro-american) didn't get her name gave me a drink with my order I appreciated that very much and I thanked her several times for being a valued Mr. Chicken employee(someone definitely trained her right! The chicken was hot and the mashed potatoes weren't runny for once, I enjoyed my lunch immensely!
Awesome clean food fresh nice lady put up with my many refills and I dined in which was pleasant. Coleslaw to die for typical 3 piece meal all good.Parking: Corner lot but decent parking an old Gulf gas station but ok.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy parking on north side

I was having a very rough day and This worker named Paige gave me the best customer service I ever had! She's such a sweetheart and she made my day! I'll be coming back to see her! The food was delicious! Thank you Mr. Chicken crew!!
First time there. Very clean inside and out had lots of parking spaces. Very high curbs around to watch out for. Three piece meal is very good. Tasty gravy. Very fast service for early eveningFood: 4/5
The order taker was great! This was my 1st visit in the last 4 years as I 've been living in Atlanta. This is one of my go-to places. The food is not as good as I remember, the portions are smaller.
This place is even better than Popeye's! I really wish I could give it 5 stars. The atmosphere inside is very clean and welcoming, and the chicken is fantastic. Food: 5/5

Went through the drive-thru the wait was a little bit long but all the food was amazing biscuit was tender and soft chicken tenders coleslaw great!! Highly recommend it!!
Everything was great. Staff was lovely. New decor looks great. Very clean.
