This Mr. Hero location blows all the others out of the water! Walking in, I was immediately struck by how clean and fresh the place felt – a welcome change from some Mr. Hero's I've been to. As a military member, I was even more impressed by their discount. But the real stars of the show were the amazing people who work there. My order can get a little complicated, with tweaks and substitutions, but they handled it all with patience and a smile. They even suggested to try their new chicken and bacon waffle doodle – and let me tell you, it was incredible! The overall food quality here is seriously a step above other Mr. Hero locations. Not only was it extremely welcoming coming in. But the ambience was set not only in what we seen hanging on the walls with also in the absolute and Elite professionalism displayed by the staff. We have been in Cleveland since last Wednesday which would be 4 days now, and needless to say we eat out everyday because we are on our honeymoon business trip. With all of the places that we have eaten, Mr Hero has by far exceeded our expectations on cleanliness and hospitality. Not to mention the food was absolutely impeccable and I am also a licensed executive chef. Well done Mr Hero and its staff!

I haven’t had Mr Hero in years. Can’t even remember when. This Mr Hero was very clean, the lady at the register was friendly and helpful. We ordered the Romanburger, cheeseburger, fried mushrooms, fried pickles , and the jalapeño poppers. Everything was really good. Check this place out next time you’re in the area. Parking: Parking available right out front.
