Mr Max Cafe Nippon

There is no way to sufficiently praise this place with words alone. I was blown away. I was in town on business. Though I was the only white man in the place, I was never made to feel out of place. I would consider moving to Dallas just to have access to Mr Max’s fare. I ate there Thursday night. Im thinking of it now. Craving it. I’m tempted to hop on a plane and grab an order of the Japanese ramen in the light pork broth and a side of the fried tofu right now. Thank you for your hospitality and maintaining superlative standards, Mr Max. Some of us know quality and excellence straight away, and we know what goes into it. I look forward to many returnsit will be my first priority whenever I return to Dallas.

This place is small and really busy, but if you can get a spot, it is well worth it. The food is amazing the decor is traditional.
