Mr. Pickle's Sandwich Shop

Staff was very unhelpful and unclear about where to stand when I told them I wanted to order and pay. Instead of explaining that there was a line at the other end of the counter they embarrassed me, refused take my order and allow me to pay ahead of time, and again refused my request allowing another customer to step in front of me because I stepped outside for a moment for business reasons. Even when I explained they could make my sandwich after hers! Every other mr. Pickle's I've ever been to has been friendly and helpful and allowed me to order and pay before receiving my sandwich when I asked except for this one. I was charged $15 for a sandwich and a regular drink!???? The sandwich had more salad than meat, and it was the smallest "big" sandwich I've ever seen. The service was good, but I just don't see the value here. Like many other restaurants, they seem to use COVID as an excuse to overcharge customers and provide less for more. I don’t think it’s worth it, and I won’t be coming back.

Second time here, both times great experiences eating. This time decided to order the BLAT (bascon, salad, avocado, tomatoes). Bread was burned a little at the edges, but not enough to make a difference. Many different sandwiches in the menu. Very recommend this location, service is good and friendly people. Plus has a free cookie both times?

Well, I've only been here 2 times as of yet. I thought my first experience was just a fluke but honestly I'm starting to wonder... FOOD IS GREAT... and that is the reason for the 3 stars. The service, however, needs an some work. Having never been here bi had a few questions and they seemed very annoyed.

I really enjoy the tuna sandwich on swirl rye bread, but during my first visit, the tuna was a bit dry. I prefer not to have too much mayonnaise mixed into my tuna sandwich. When I go to Mr. Pickles, my tuna sandwich is always perfect, but this time it didn't quite hit the mark. Thank you!

This is the best Mr. Pickle's location I've ever visited. The sandwiches were excellent, and my favorite bread, Dutch Crunch, was incredibly fresh and delicious in a fantastic Mr. Pickle sandwich. The store was clean, and the staff were outstanding, making sandwiches to perfection.

This Mr. Pickles is always very good. They work fast and the orders are always right. Tonight there was only one worker so he was a little overworked but the service was still great. Réservez une table maintenant

This was the best sandwich I ever had. Everything was so fresh and the menu of different sandwiches was huge. So many to choose from. I can?t wait to go back.
