Normally my experience is good at this location, but just last night I had the worst experience I have ever had in the service industry to date. I walk in the store: a customer is already being served, I'm the next one up. Two servers decide to help this one customer and I am there waiting for at least 10 minutes. I start getting served finally, and another customer walks in. As my sub is being garnished, the customer before me asks for some cups so my server leaves me for 2 minutes, while the customer who came in after me is being served by the second server who decided to help more than one customer at a time (new guy as well). There is a young fellow with red hair who is a regular employee. He is unfailingly friendly and does his job with aplomb. While it is a sub shop, built for fast movement, the staff are good people, who provide good service and a good product in a store that is always clean and tidy.
