It's been almost 20 years since I had a Coney Island Hot Dog and after reading Mr. G's reviews I decided that I had to try this place out. It's a small cozy place with alot of Coke Memorabilia which brings me back to my younger years. So I ordered 2 Coney Island Dogs and a large Fry. It didn't take long to get my order. Mr. G. Was quick and I must say everything was good. Fries were cut fresh not frozen and damn good. The dogs weren't to shabby either. I would definitely be back plus It was nice chatting with him about his Memorabilia and some of his older things. He is a nice guy and I hope his success continues with this place. My daughter and I visited this restaurant twice during our quick trip to Taunton. The owner, Mr. G., is incredibly kind and friendly; it's clear that he genuinely loves his work and his customers. He was wonderful to chat with while we waited for our food. The hamburgers, fries, hot dogs, and sausage with peppers and onions were all absolutely delicious! The quality of the food was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. His fries are hand-cut to order, and the hamburgers are handmade, making them worth every penny. This place is definitely a hidden gem in Taunton that is worth a visit. We will definitely be back on our next trip!
I went in today for the first time. I googled closest hot dog place and this popped up. It was a 20 minute drive, but worth it. I got a couple coney 's, they were delicious. I also got fries. As I got it to go, by the time I got home they were very soggy. That 's not on the restaurant, though, as I saw him make them fresh. That 's just the cost of taking it to go! It 's probably a good thing that this place isn 't closer to me, as I would probably pop in daily Definitely check this place out if you enjoy hot dogs.
My wife discovered Mr. G's Hot Dog Connection on Google so we decided to try it because we're always up for a good hor dog. The atmosphere is great, a bunch of Coca-Cola products through the years. Oldies were playing adding to the feeling you stepped back in time when you walk through the door. You just don't see places like this anymore. The food was good and fresh and very reasonably priced. We'll definitely be returning.

First time customer today! My experience was really great, from the owner, to the music, to the food atmosphere. I had never heard of this location until today I’m really glad I stopped by. I will be back again without a doubt!
This is a classic old-fashioned hot dog spot with service that's hard to come by these days. The hot dogs were excellent, but the fries were the best I've ever tasted!
I occasionally visit this restaurant with my mom and brother, and I absolutely love their chicken tenders – they’re just perfect! The fries are incredible too!
Amazing place, definitely worth visiting/supporting. Service is quick, guy running the place is polite friendly and makes delicious food.
