Last weekend, I ordered online for pickup for my elderly parents. I requested no sauce due to my mother's sensitivity, but when we arrived at the restaurant, the pizza had sauce but no cheese. They asked us to wait 15 minutes for a new pizza, which again had sauce but no cheese. After waiting another 15 minutes for a third pizza, it finally came out correct. Despite the initial mix-up, we decided to give Mr. Jim's another chance and ordered again this weekend for delivery. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived 40 minutes late with sauce but no cheese and no anchovies as requested. When we called to explain the mistake, the staff was unhelpful and stated it would take another 45 minutes to remake...
We ordered the three dlish deal. It only takes us 10 minutes to get to that location. As soon as we ordered we waited 5 minutes to head that way. We arrived there to get our pizza and cinnasticks. As soon as we got home. Which was only 10 minutes. When we opened the pizzas up they were cold. So I called the location on Davis where we got it. Explained it to the manager. Who said they didn't do anything wrong and lied and said we ordered at 828pm which we did. The lie was he said we picked it up at 911. When arrived there way before then as you will see in the photo. We stopped at a gas station on the same route home for gas at 911. We asked for a refund and he repeatedly said he did nothing...
Try another location. I wish I did before visiting this north Davis one. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. For this being my very first time here I was expecting definitely more friendly behavior. Plus they have a sign on door saying if you want food and health inspection info it's available upon request. They don't even have a rating posted like most restaurants? Then they hacking in back hoping they not spitting in the food. Two people I seen there don't look like they have best of hygiene either. I tell you what. I will never come back. I should have left soon as I felt vibe that they really didn't want to serve me.
During our recent visits, my wife ordered the chicken nugget salad and I had a pepperoni sandwich, which turned out to be extremely greasy and soggy. We thought it might have been a one-time issue, so we decided to give it another shot last night. Unfortunately, my pizza was once again soggy and greasy, leaving it uneaten. We believe it would be best for us to take a break from Mr. Jim's until they can return to the quality they previously had. Réservez une table maintenant
I recently had a wonderful experience at this restaurant and enjoyed a delicious pizza. However, today I ordered a meat lovers pizza but received a supreme pizza instead. When I called to have it corrected, the employee I spoke to had a bad attitude and insisted that I never placed an order. After searching multiple times, she continued to deny my order. I just want my correct order because I intend to continue ordering from this pizza place.
We are from out of state and needed food delivered for the evening. We chose this pizza joint and glad we did! Absolutely delicious. The pizza is smothered in toppings and we added the sriracha crust which was 1000/10. The pepperoni pizza is a little greasy but I think it's the garlic parm butter on the crust.? so not complaining at all.
