This past Friday (Apr 21st) our family ordered subs from this King George Rd. location via online ordering. I have done this a few times before, but this will most likely be the last time. I ordered at 5:31pm according to my email confirmation and it said it would be ready by 6:01pm. When I went in to pickup my order at 6:05pm, there was 1 other person waiting for their order to be finished up. No other customers were in the facility. I said I was there to pickup my online order and 2 of the workers seemed a bit bewildered as they could not find my order. They finally did (laying right on the counter by the register) and said it would be a few more minutes. They started my order at that time...
