The main focus of Mt Eliza Deli is its deli offerings, but it also has a coffee service with seating available inside and outside on the sidewalk. The service was slightly laid back, with the staff appearing more focused on their tasks than on attending to customers waiting for their orders. The quality of the coffee was decent, though it was quite typical in both taste and preparation.

This restaurant is expensive compared to other options in Melbourne and you can get the same items elsewhere for a lower price. The staff mostly prefer chatting amongst themselves rather than engaging with customers. They appear disinterested when taking orders for food and coffee. I don't plan on returning anytime soon.

This deli is fully stocked with great coffee and tasty snacks. It's the perfect spot to sit outside on the sidewalk and watch the bustling Mt Eliza go by. The owner, Ian, is always willing to accommodate your requests if something is not available. Highly recommended... our top choice for coffee when in the village!
