My go-to dishes are usually the lasagna and house-made loose sausage, but this time I decided to try the butternut squash ravioli special. We found out about Muscarella's via word of mouth from a stranger in a dept. store when asking about a good restaurant to go to for a wedding anniversary. We were surprised to get arecommendation for a restaurant that is 40 miles away from us in Sharpsville Pa. We made the trip on a Thursday evening arrivingat 6pm and had to wait about 10 minutes for a table to be ready as they were all occupied. Tip... when we left at 7 pm, about1/3 of the tables were available so arriving a little after 6 might get you in with less or no waiting. The bar stools were spacious and incredibly comfortable. For an appetizer, I ordered the mussels which were all plump and full of tasty meat, and the wine sauce was so good I could have drank it.
