Tues 1/28/25 Seated right away with menus. Server took drink order and tried with drinks quickly. Then we didn't see our server for 15+ minutes. Came back, took our order then disappeared again. 20+ minutes later returned with correct wings not sure if the sauces were correct (new flavors to us), but wrong burger, extra fries we didn't order, sent back and still got charged for, my soup and salad did not arrive. 5+ minutes later we waited for our server so we could ask where the food we ordered was. She apologized eventually brought soup. Salad we had to wait on even longer. When the salad arrived, the lettuce was drowning in dressing, wet and soggy, some black slimy pieces and brown wilted...
1 Early Saturday afternoon, multiple open tables, was told 10 to 15 min wait. Less than 30% capacity! 2 Had to TELL the host, we would like sit at the bar. 3 Sat at bar, waited a few mins for service, reasonable time but barmaid's attitude washorrible, as if waiting on us was a horrible inconvenience! 3 Took 30 min to get our food, nothing special ordered! Just offthe menu 4 Never offered refills on our drinks, husband asked and received refill, i was ignored. 5 wings were good 6 mysalad was smaller than usual and wilted lettus. 7 Dropped $40 on less than average food and EXTREMELY BAD service! Can't wrapmy head around the poor service. I appreciate good service and i usually tip 30% BECAUSE...

It took about 25 minutes to get a refill, and when we finally got our food, it was cold and incorrect. Wings are usually pretty solid, but my steak had no seasoning. I wasn?t in the mood for wings so the server suggest a chicken club with fries. It was excellent! The thick chicken breast was moist all the way through and quite tasty. Service was quick and quite attentive. I?d definitely come back!
Have not been here since I was probably 10 so I say 20 years.. Damn.. Hahaha but we stoped on fathers day and it was wonderful. Service was great and food was delicious. My kids had a blast there to.
We had a fantastic dinner last night! The waitress was cheerful and enthusiastic, which really made our experience even better. I was amazed by how delicious the food at Quaker Steak is!

3 stars because of a 40 to 50 minute wait in an empty restaurant. We ended up at the bar. Quick friendly service. We had fish and shrimp. Both were tasty.
