I was pleased to discover that I could filter the menu on the iPad to display only the vegan options. It seems that the vegan dumpling filling is the same, but customers can choose how they would like their dumplings prepared: boiled, steamed, pan-fried, or in rolls. I tried both the steamed and boiled dumplings, which had the same filling, and I plan to return to confirm my suspicion.
