I visited this restaurant some time ago to inquire about their kitchen, as we were in need of a commercial kitchen closer to our original location for our business. I was taken aback when the woman giving me a tour bluntly stated that she would not allow us to work there because she had previous Indian tenants whose cooking had left a lingering smell. While it is understandable to have specific requirements or criteria for your business, it is important to communicate them in a respectful and professional manner. Unfortunately, in this case, the message was conveyed in a rude, demeaning, and disrespectful way.
