we have seen this place, but did not try it anyway, seeing a bit pocky tonight we had a drink at the esplanade and decided to try it. in cairns there were some great Greek places, but this is a type of operation 'pruirr' hope that I have the right one. the brot was fresh and fluffy (sound strange, but it should be like that not chewing) all the dives were fresh the saganaki was not halloumi, but graviera so good and the sardines excellent when their native or visit speak with priurr, they have a big red kokino just great a little sweet much taste that the retsina enjoy
Inside and outside tables. The staff were attentive and friendly even though very busy. We had a steak and moussaka, both really enjoyed our meals. Restaurant is licensed. The Steak was smallish, good portion size really and tender but for $20, good value and the...moussaka tasty and filling. Very nice casual meal, we would have gone back to try their share plate but ran out of time.
Do yourself a favour and stop into this amazing cafeteria for lunch or dinner. It is reasonably priced, the servings are generous and the service is good. Huge selection of food. The fish burger is all sorts of delicious! As it the holoumi! Oh my goodness. So good. The owner was on site when we visited and he is a typical Greek character. Can't help but love him!
The food here was excellent, you get a generous portion and it is delicious. The main highlight was the excellent service, the waitstaff were friendly and attentive as well as they bought out a complimentary baklava as it was my wife’s birthday. Can say we...will definitely be back when we are visiting cairns again! Thank you!

On our last night in Cairns we found the Mykonos Caffeteria. We had already had a not very nice meal at the Night Markets, so decided to stop for a coffee. What a treat that was. The young man who served us was so pleasant and the coffee so good & very cheap too. What a great way to end a very pleasant trip.
This restaurant is not really at a level where one could call it a part of the hospitality industry. It is not customer focused they are just interested in making money. Rude and arrogant owner. They do not go the extra yard to make you...feel you are in any way important for their business.
This is a great little restaurant close to the night markets. Indoor and outdoor tables were available when we visited. Big highlight was the friendly owner who explained the menu and was generally great to chat to. The food was also very good and fairly...priced. Highly recommended.
Had a banquet with the family at this restaurant. Food was very fresh, tasty and served quickly. Only gripe is bloke (owner?) wants to chat too much and wont let you eat fast enough!

great Greek road eating, excellent service. haloumi and zuchinina must have it. they simply have to visit here when in cairns
Food was fast and delicious- wait staff was very friendly. The Mykonos plate meat was the perfect variety and quantity.
