as others have said, the service is terrible so bad it almost seems like a joke they're playing on us? The waiters are incredibly rude to the customers, when they actually bother coming to see them at all. Everything took forever, a simple 1 course meal lasted almost 3 hours due to waiting for service (once the food order was placed it came quickly). The food was good, though do NOT come here if you need to avoid gluten, the menu isn't marked at all (things that are breaded aren't listed as breaded) and they are visibly annoyed by questions.
This is one of the great and charming restaurants of WashingtonDC. For many years now , Angelo and Rodi have created memorable dining experiences for visitors from all over the world. Service and food are always excellent and the ambience is beautifully created and reminiscent of the islands of Greece. There is a lovely sidewalk cafe in season book your table early) and great bar area. The very handsome Dimas is our favourite waiter- always smiling like Cretan sunshine, always attentive and always welcoming!!
If you're in search of incredible Greek cuisine, excellent service, and a charming atmosphere, this is the place for you. I particularly enjoyed the small plates they offer. I tried the Garides Saganaki, a delightful shrimp dish that was just right for me, paired with the Manouri salad and some nice crusty bread! I wholeheartedly recommend Mykonos Grill, though I know I'm not the first to rave about this wonderful restaurant!
Food and ambience never fail to come through at this restaurant. I always try to go there when I am in Rockville. The only downside of this last visit was a small number of wait staff relative to the people in the restaurant. In my experience with this restaurant, this is something that has never happened before, so I think it was truly an exception to the norm. I would highly recommend them for anyone in the Rockville area.

The service was very slow. Took an hour after ordering for the food to arrive. Very little attention during the dinner. The restaurant was not very busy at the time we were there. No acknowledgement of a birthday which had been mentioned. There is an added on charge for the total bill which is not mentioned and explained. No other restaurant that I know of, does this. I would not recommend this restaurant again.
Exceptional service, food, and atmosphere. Our server may have been the only server for maybe 10+ tables and he did his job remarkably well and with a great, friendly, and helpful attitude, with wonderful suggestions about the menu. Would definitely go back. Such a wide range of menu items to choose from.
Another wonderful experience and meal . Started with a delicious red Greek wine and the stuffed mushrooms with crabmeat. Main dishes of trio meats and stuffed flounder were outstanding!! Excellent service and staff and owner are awesome and always coming around the tables!
Mykonos offers a truly authentic experience. My husband is Greek, and we visit Greece every year, so we can confidently say that the food here is both genuine and delightful. The service is outstanding, and the ambiance is charming, reminiscent of a quaint Greek village.

We sat on the patio on a beautiful evening. The server made excellent menu recommendations. We ordered the octopus appetizer. For my Entree, I ordered the branzino that was fileted tableside. My friend ordered shellfish with orzo. Everything was absolutely delicious!
We were happy to return and impressed that the owner Evangelo was actively involved and working in the restaurant to make certain the service was successful. The trout dish was special enough that all four of us ordered the same dish
