"I’m not one to usually write a review, however tonight’s ruby was one of the best I’ve ever had, I only get curry’s from naaz and for the most part they are very good, but tonight… incredible."

We have ordered from naaz a few times but after tonight’s issues will not be going back!!! Was told after we paid that delivery would be an hour to an hour and a half. We were will to wait as it was our anniversary and...looking forward to a nice curry! After one hour 40 mins called them to be told “we told you it would be upto an hour and 45” (which they didn’t was very unapologetic, and said well we can refund you but will take upto 5 days! We then said how long will it be and he said it’s on the way and will be there within 10 mins. 25 minutes passed and still no delivery so we called again and spoke to a nice gentleman who was very apologetic and said they would take 50% off next bill an...
We’re visiting from Weymouth and stumbled across this lovely family run Indian restaurant. Food was amazing as was the staff. We had a starter and main and both were delicious. The staff were attentive and couldn’t do more for us. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone...who loves Indian cuisine. We will definitely be visiting again when/if we’re back in the area.
Used to eat here a lot, visited again recently and disappointed. Food was average, lots of meat and onions, no other veg? No real spice added except a couple of raw chillies at end. Sides were nice. Service very slow, but it was busy. Lost...some of its friendliness and ambience. Bit sterile now. Will try again, hopefully just a one off.
