Nadège is cold and unfeeling. I placed an order for a Mother’s Day delivery for my terminally ill mother, which would have been her last. It never arrived, and I received no warning or apology. I had to chase after a refund myself. When I reached out for a simple acknowledgment of the distress they caused, my request was ignored. My partner called and emailed, but we were met with silence and empty promises. They took her phone number and then completely vanished. Their "by a mother, for mothers" branding is nothing but a cruel deception. They showed no care, empathy, or decency when it was needed most.
