Nakamura reminds me of the small places with good ramen in Tokyo and Kyoto. Small wooden tables, a tiny bar, excellent ramen and a clean and shiny place that makes you want to keep sitting there and watching the small kitchen making the magic of delicious ramen. We had the pork ramen and the chicken curry ramen. Both broth and noodles were savory , rich and delicious we both added chili ️ oil cause we like it spicy ️, we added cooked egg which was perfect and the experience was excellent with a very friendly and welcoming staff. It is like a small ramen bar somewhere in the back of a small neighborhood in Tokyo. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50

I gave this restaurant a rating of 5 stars because their tsukemen (dipped noodles) was really impressive. I personally prefer tsukemen over ramen, so I always order it if a restaurant offers it. When the dip soup came out, it looked watery, which initially disappointed me because I expected it to be thick enough to cling to the noodles. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The soup was delicious, with a rich flavor and a hint of yuzu to balance out the saltiness. The noodles were cooked perfectly, with just the right texture – chewy and not too soft or hard. I highly recommend trying their tsukemen.
I had the Tokyo tsukemen for lunch, and the torigara ramen for dinner the next day. The tsukemen noodle portion is huge, served cold as I read is traditional, and it's dipping sauce is intense with the yuzu. I took hand strength to pick up and dip these noodles. Overall satisfying. The torigara I thought was amazing. I don't know what flavor was hitting so well, but I thought it was unusually tasty. Parts of the table tops were slightly sticky, but I guess that didn't affect
I think I’ve been to Nakamura at least 6 times—but am just now reviewing. Went with a friend tonight and had the truffle miso—delicious as always, so creamy and comforting. The staff is always an A+, too. It is a very small space though, so something to be aware of if a larger party…also close quarters for eating—overall amazing ramen and service, though! Located near Chinatown and the Lower East Side bars is @nakamuranyc, which serves delicious ramen. Having a bowl of hot ramen after a few drinks at the bars was truly enjoyable. My ramen had a salty broth with thin noodles, and the other broths I tried (tonkotsu and yuzu) were completely different but equally delicious in their own ways. I would definitely return next time!
The service, food and atmosphere were all great! The place is a little small and has no outdoor seating but that made it all the cosier! Had the Jidori chicken ramen and my friend had the shrimp wonton ramen, with both of us sharing the chicken gyoza and umame truffle French fries as appetizers, and EVERYTHING was delicious! All in all 10/10 would recommend!
I have had ramen at Totto, Ippudo, Roc N Ramen, Hide-Chan, and Ivan Ramen to name a few. Nakamura is by far my favorite ramen spot. The place is a hole in the wall that is small and cozy with delicious ramen. I recommend their Torigara and Ton Toro ramen. As well as their chicken gyoza and calamari when they have it.
The food is great, the noodle has good chewy texture, the chasu is cooked well, and the broth is tasty. The only let down of this restaurant is really the services. The server is neither friendly nor welcoming. Could have been a perfect ramen dining experience if the service is improved. Réservez une table maintenant
The service is good, only 5 tables but usually vacant. No restroom. Gyoza is kinda small, but chashu is expected good. Not a surprising good Ramen, but if you're around and just had Ishida recently, and want to try some different stuffs, yes, not a bad choice.
I am excited to return on my next vacation! Splitting the bill was a breeze thanks to their convenient toast app for our group!

"Amazing NYC-style pizza! The best part is that it truly tastes great. Unlike some places that prepare their pizzas in advance resulting in greasiness, Pizza And makes each pizza to order. Plus, it’s very affordable! Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"
