I tried patronizing this place when I lived in the area and watched how the grouchy old man would yell at his assistant and other people. One day he smiled and was polite to an Hispanic family. I was done the day I complained that the coffee was very weak, he yelled at me saying he's been making coffee for 30 years, so I yelled at him telling him he should have it right by now! He told me not to come back and I told him to keep his 2 customers I see in there every time I go! (never crowded) I gathered myself and left and never been back!
