Nalley Fresh - Réservation de table

When I went to check out, I was informed that the two-for-one special was no longer available. Rather than offer me the salad for free to ensure customer satisfaction or as an apology for the inconvenience, the cashier told me it would be thrown away or taken home by the staff. I’m not sure how the management operates here since I haven’t encountered them, but I can definitely speak to the poor customer service I’ve received multiple times at this location. Tonight was the last time I would tolerate such negative energy from a staff that is clearly lacking. I will definitely NOT be returning to this location and will be contacting the Maryland Department of Health tomorrow morning.

My buddy and I ended up splitting a chicken parm and Greek salad… it turns out the BYO salad does not stand for Bring Your Own. The staff had a good laugh at that and they were very accommodating. We didn’t make a reservation in advance but they got us a table with a decent view right up front. The xfinity wifi from the First Watch next door is kind of weak so I took a star away for that only. All in all, there were plenty napkins, the restroom attendant had plenty of mouth wash options to choose from and this Jongen was reasonably satisfied. #bigbackpack #pbboyzbackatit #thewhacker

I go to this Nalley fresh all the time, so I’m sad to finally leave this review, but as a new plant-based eater, I really appreciate a little bit of patience when ordering, and the young man that is typically they’re serving bowls is very impatient and a bit rude Every single time that I’m there. I’ve recently been going to Cava instead but missed the Nalley Bowls. ?

This restaurant could greatly improve in terms of portion sizes. For the price I’m paying, I’m not receiving enough food for a single meal. Whenever I ask for more, the staff gives me a disapproving look, making me feel as though I’m asking for something personal. I would love to return, but I’m hesitant. My son picked up a salad for me on Saturday night, and the woman who served him was very rude. They had run out of pulled chicken, bread, and asparagus. I called today to speak with the manager just to inform him about the situation. However, he was quite condescending and did not apologize. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I initially assumed this restaurant only served salads, but my wife and I decided to stop by for a Sunday lunch. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they also offer rice-based bowls. I tried the Cajun Bowl with teriyaki beef, and if you enjoy spicy flavors, you'll definitely love this combination.

Visited for the first time. Very healthy and tasty. You have all healthy stuff to chose and no deep fried or oily food. Just stir fried for couple of seconds. Should try and very very recommended who wants to have a healthy day.

Nalley is always great. I like to build my own salad with the spicy sauce called bang bang. I’ve been visiting this location and others for years and never have had any complaints. Réservez une table maintenant

Love that you can customize your salads and bowls. You can make as healthy as you want. It's a good size portion for the money. This location has a good seating area.
