Nalley Fresh - Réserver une table

I visited this location today to take a vantage of the their Tuesday special, the buy one, get one. I told the young lady before I placed my order that I would like the two-for-one and chose those to be two salads and she said nothing in response as she was clearly tired and unenthusiastic about her job. The entire time as she prepared my food her performance was sloppy. I asked for two eggs per salad and per usual an egg slicer is used to cut the eggs proportionately, but she couldn’t find it so she used a random knife from the counter behind her (only God knows if it had previously been on the floor or had any type of contaminates upon it) and quite rudely she cut the eggs in her hands as she spoke hostilely to her coworkers in Spanish. I can only assume that due to my casual appearance and maybe even my race, she gathered that I would not understand her conversation between them, but unfortunately for her, Spanish is my second language.Upon checking out, I was informed that the two-for-one special was no longer. Instead of gifting the salad to keep a happy customer or perhaps for the inconvenience the cashier informed me that they’d trash it or simply take it home to eat.I’m not sure how the management team operates here as I haven’t encountered them, but I can speak for the customer service that I’ve received multiple times at this location and it’s despicable. Tonight was the last time that I’d allow myself to tolerate this type of energy from such lousy staff.I most certainly will NOT be patronizing this location again and will be contacting the Maryland department of health come tomorrow morning.

Even though the food is good, recently the staff has been unnecessarily rude and ungenerous with portions at Nalley Fresh in Timonium, MD. The meals themselves are going downhill because of this. There is a large variety of items to include in the salad. The prices are good for the amount of salad purchased. However, recently, the staff is really irritated when you ask to include more toppings salad dressing in the dish. I politely mentioned to the staff that the large number of toppings in the salad is the primary reason I come to Nalley for lunch. There are many lunch places choices around, and it should be in their interest to attract customers to Nalley. She pointed to the door and told me to go somewhere else for lunch. That was so rude! That is NOT the way to treat customers. I am very disappointed with Nalley Fresh in Timonium, MD! There are, indeed, many other places where one can get lunch and not be offended. I'd suggest to take your business to another restaurant where customers are valued and appreciated, and a polite comment to the staff does not result in them telling you to leave.

My buddy and I ended up splitting a chicken parm and Greek salad… it turns out the BYO salad does not stand for Bring Your Own. The staff had a good laugh at that and they were very accommodating. We didn’t make a reservation in advance but they got us a table with a decent view right up front. The xfinity wifi from the First Watch next door is kind of weak so I took a star away for that only. All in all, there were plenty napkins, the restroom attendant had plenty of mouth wash options to choose from and this Jongen was reasonably satisfied. #bigbackpack #pbboyzbackatit #thewhacker

The food is alright but the employees at the Hunt Valley location need a serious attitude adjustment. I'm not sure if they are racist, miserable or both but their attitudes stink! I will not be returning until this issue is addressed and improved. I refuse to spend my money to be mistreated.

Nalley is always great. I like to build my own salad with the spicy sauce called bang bang. I’ve been visiting this location and others for years and never have had any complaints.
