This Vietnamese restaurant outshines the rest (and I've been to quite good ones such as Anh Vu or Linh Anh . First, the service is great, please Nam, keep up! We love the warm welcome, the smile and the fact you actually brings us our appetizers before our main! The food is definitely yummy, especially the dual smoked and braised short rib and the banh xeo (wow! The crust around that crepe!!! . You can also find bun cha in this restaurant!!!! Toilet is kept clean which is bonus! I would definitely drive again all the way from downtown (passing by the don valley parking lot to this restaurant.
Our Uber Eats driver messed up our order and we ended up missing 5 of 11 items in our order. We had a family waiting for food and was quite sad a large majority of our food was missing. Perhaps moving forward there should be labels on all bags that go together to avoid confusion.Nam 2 went out of their way to remake the food we were missing and delivered by their own staff. If I could give them 10 out of 5 service, I would. We love their food and I surely hope Uber reimburses them for this, but for us their customer service is incredibly top tier.
Have been to this pho place since many years ago. I stopped coming for a bit because they always have long line up. Visited again today and realized they have updated their decor and the atmosphere is cozier than before. I ordered the special pho as usual and they are above standard as usual. Portion is slightly on the smaller side and soup could be better. The beef tasted good. Will probably revisit again in the future.
best viet food in town! and no/low msg!!! their smoked ribs is the best, only wish theres more noodles tho... lol everything is very good, wings, bun rieu with soft shell crab, dumplings, etc... their broth and sauces are so good! my go to for viet food, love it!

Experience at Nam 2 was great! I got the porkchop rice with egg and it didn't disappoint. The service was also very helpful and would always help when needed. Would totally come back!
Great quality and good size portion for the cost. love the dry chicken wings, grilled chicken vermicelli srping roll, and daughter loves the rare beef boodle soup. Thanks!!!
The service at this restaurant was quick, but I didn't appreciate that someone was mopping close by while I was eating my lunch. The food, however, was still good.
Great food as always! Not sure they forgot or for takeout is diff, the Deep Fried Pork Spring Roll (3 Rolls) didnt come with lettuce/shredded cabbage as dine it.

High quality Northern Vietnamese food here. No wonder why the restaurant is always busy. Presentation for takeout is not as nice as dining in but thats expected.
