Came here for dinner with my partner, had a long minute wait. When food came the mash looked like it had been on the hot plate all day it was so dry so I asked for another. I am pretty sure the chef had...just added some water re mashed it and put it into another pot as all the dry mash was now mixed in with the non dry stuff. Disgusting. Tried to get someone's attention before we left but nobody came to check the meal or clear the plates so we just left.
I am standing here and can see that there are empty tables. It seems like there is a wait. This is a common problem at this Nando's location. Instead of giving an explanation like being short-staffed, there is no attempt to accommodate customers who are waiting for a table. People are leaving instead of waiting. Hopefully, someone in charge will notice this and take action against the manager.
It has all been said before . Terrible ...however didn't try the food so cannot comment on that . We decided to leave after the non existent welcome and being ignored in an almost empty restaurant....despite many staff members being stood around or having a...drinkno eye contact made . However we did up having a fabulous meal in a well known chain further along close to the lake .
On multiple occasions this branch in rushden lakes Northampton have served me food claiming it’s gluten free when it isn’t. Customer services aren’t interested in looking in to it and have no respect. Staff clearly lied when questioned about it. I was terribly ill as...a result Réservez une table maintenant
We didn't plan on staying for long as we were on a tight schedule. The food was ordered and came out in a timely manner, despite the restaurant being busy. The food was decent, although slightly expensive considering the portion sizes. The staff were friendly.
When you arrive they have lots of empty tables to be told it’s a minute wait for you to be texted. Never been to a Nando’s restaurant where they don’t fill all their tables at once. You are then expected to just wait out...in the cold. Shocking service!
Used to be good but recently seem to not care anymore or don't have the skillset to deliver the old service. Ordered a takeaway but was told they could not relight the grills I mean come on is it only kids in there????
occupied tables. Told a minute wait. Came back minutes later to be told it’d be another minutes. With virtually no tables occupied. Went next door to the Lago Lounge and had an epic chicken burger. Go there instead. Réservez une table maintenant
Tonight, we received our first delivery from this restaurant. It took a bit longer than expected to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait. The food was delicious, as always.
