Can you rate 0 or less on this thing??!! Diabolical food and service!! Phoned through an order to pick up. Was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I had my food an hour later!! Arrived to pay for my order and was told food was ready and that they had to make fresh chips (understandable and appreciated) and that it would be another few minutes. 15 minutes later I asked if my order was ready, thinking I may have missed them calling my name, to be told chips were just getting made and it would be another few minutes. Finally 10 minutes later my name was called. I told the little upstart, sorry staff member, bringing out the food that I had ordered an hour prior, to which she explained...re...
good, well appreciated food....with taking out the terrible, soggy mais on the goat. beautiful fresh salad and delicious huh. some of the service staff not particularly friendly. I felt like I was a bit inconvenient for the young man who took orders until he knocked down our meal before us. Why do some people not understand that it is a SERVICE industry? at least the food is good. would recommend on this basis.
Why don't you answer the phone. Called for an hour last night and no one answered or it was engaged. When we eventually drove to the store they were not even busy! Chips soggy and chicken tasteless. Should have taken the hint with the phone not answering and gone somewhere else. Horrible and hopeless.
the niedlander is better than another nando we tried. I would suggest getting the hot instead of extra hot as it will bud too mad for the taste. the service is fast and they really know how to grill the chicken. The paella is a good side to get with the huh when they are hungry.

Honestly terrible. The longest wait each meal arriving separately with long wait for next. Chicken paella was a joke. Nothing but rice with two pieces of chicken Tiny portions of chicken in wrap which itself was the smallest portion wrap I've ever had at Nandos. Terrible.
While the prices are high, this is the only fast food outlet in Perth I'm aware of where the chicken meat has any natural flavour. I can also phone in an order which is good, as it takes a while to cook the food. Pretty average decor and service is also average.
I enjoy eating, except every time I call for the departure, they always put me in the handle and tell me that I come in 15-20 minutes and collect when I arrive, I usually wait another 10 minutes so it's ready. get some time management skills.

I eat Nandos almost weekly. Very sloppy cooking. Corn barely grilled. It tasted terrible. Not good at all, and they don't care either. Would not go back at all.
How a it'll take 15 minutes turns into 45 is pretty disappointing.
