Had a free voucher of 1/4 chicken meal when purchased 1/4 chicken meal.Basically buy one get one free which was good deal. Went for a takeaway order at Nandos Derrimut Village,Deer Park Vic. First of all took so long to order as all the staffs were busy in the kitchen. I order 2 different sides colesaw and chips .Wait time was 10 minutes.Came back after 10 minutes to pick up the order -Not ready yet. Waited another 5 minutes and had to ask at counter if the order is ready.Then got told that they don’t have colesaw and asked me if I would like something else. What a good monitoring of stock? And telling customer that product is not available when is is time to pick up. Staff even didn’t bothe...
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, even if it were the last Nando's on Earth. The chicken was served nearly raw, the place was dirty, and the staff didn't uphold basic hygiene standards. If you want to avoid days of food poisoning, I suggest heading to Deer Park or Caroline Springs instead.
Badest nando's ever.will never go back again only becaz one women (sound like owner)doesnt know how to care customers and know nothing about rules and regulations of food handling. Worst experience ever.
only reason i go here is their trio bells pepper sauce, and they dont let customers use it, during covid times if its takeaway only. reported to head office..

The grilled chicken was not sliced properly by the staff, and I ended up sending it back. There was no flavor at all. Overall, I was very disappointed.
They prioritise Uber and other food services and leave their actual customers for dead. Been eating 45 minutes for food.

Chicken was dry and very salty. Don't reckon I would ever have nandos again in the future

It's just like any other Nando's. The chicken is pricey, but we enjoy the flavor. Lol.
