Firstly, the branch was exceedingly busy, leading to extended wait times like 30-40 minutes Secondly, the temperature within the premises was notably cold, detracting from the comfort of patrons. This chilliness had an impact on the overall enjoyment of the meal, as it was challenging to savor the food in an environment where one felt uncomfortable due to the cold. While the food quality remains commendable and up to Nando 's standards, the experience was marred by the excessive busyness and the discomfort caused by the low temperature. Addressing these aspects could significantly enhance the overall dining experience for patrons seeking both quality cuisine and a comfortable ambiance at Nando 's Goodmayes. Beautiful deco. It was clean but it was very cold so I kept my coat on which was not comfortable when eating. Winter is there so the radiator must be turned on. Service was long as we had to wait 35 minutes to be served. The starter was served too early, we then had to wait for another 35 minutes... It was not busy so I don't know why it was long waiting. Parking: Free parking for 3 hours. Kid-friendliness: Family with kids. Actually, there are meals for kids. High chair for babies/ toddlers. Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor and large doors to access. Inside space to move around with a wheelchair or buggy. Food was cold, cutlery wasn’t provided when the food was served and we had to chase the waiters for this. The food didn’t arrive at our table altogether, we had to wait at least 10 minutes for half the order. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
