Nando's Kingston - Réserver une table

I went to this location with my guide dog and was given a hard time by an employee and later by the manager. Upon entering the restaurant, I was asked to provide documentation for my dog, which is illegal under the Equal Rights Act, and my girlfriend calmly explained that no documentation is required for assistance dogs. After we sat at our table, the manager came over and was extremely rude and confrontational. Her sister is apparently a guide dog trainer, so she was well aware that I was blind and of what a guide dog is, yet still felt the need to harass my girlfriend and I, telling us that we were wrong about documentation not being required to bring my dog into the restaurant. Usual Nandos with 2 floors and plenty of seating space. Gets a bit busy over weekends. Customer service is good.
