Usually I love a Nandos. Sitting and dining in I have no complaints. But delivery. Always a small portion. Tonight I got one they forgot a starter. I put in my notes can I have plenty lemon sauces. And even rang up ad o have had the problem of them not listening before. And they said they will put them in and didn’t. Absolutely horrible eating it dry. Been 2 times and tonight was just even worse. Food came out at different times my friend was finsihed her food when my food came. Don’t have enough staff. Waiting ages to buy a kids drink.the App wouldn’t allow my student discount and the woman on the till said ‘do you want me to do something about it’ like obviously I want you to do something about it otherwise I wouldn’t have mentioned it. Atmosphere is good food was ok. Cold and corn on the cob was underdone
I visit Nando's more often than I’d like to admit. I always order the fino pita. Many places either forget the garlic aoli, serve bland chicken, or the wrap just falls apart. Sometimes they don’t even have the extra hot sauce. But this location had everything just right. And they served it faster than I’ve ever experienced before. However, the tables were sticky and the window blinds were dirty. Overall, I dined in.
One of the smaller nandos I’ve been to but as you’d expect food quality is still really good. Service itself is nice, could be a little faster with cleaning tables.
