When we were ready to order, we returned to the same area to place our order, which was fine. However, I ran into some trouble as they were out of a few items my family wanted, like fountain drinks. This led to several trips back and forth between the ordering station and our table to ensure everyone got what they wanted. I visited this Nando's location over the weekend for dinner, marking our first experience here. We ordered a full chicken along with two regular sides: peri peri fries and corn. The chicken was fantastic—really juicy and flavorful. However, the peri peri fries could have been crispier, and the corn had an unusual taste. I've had corn at Nando's before, and it's usually very juicy and tasty, but that wasn't the case during this visit. The restaurant was quite busy, so we weren't able to choose different sauces and had to make do with just garlic and hot sauce. This is our favorite Nando's location when we visit the Falls! The food was fantastic, and the restrooms were spotless. We arrived right when they opened, but our food came out quickly after we placed our order. The customer service was excellent. I really appreciate the little sink in the dining area for washing up before eating. I also love that you have the freedom to choose your own seating. Being able to decide on your meal and then go order it is such a nice change. We always get extra food to take back to the Falls Hotel for dinner. I highly recommend this place!
I've been craving Nando's since moving to Halifax, and I finally had the chance to enjoy it in Ontario. The rice bowl was excellent—very flavorful and satisfying. The chicken tenders on skewers, paired with Cajun fries, were perfect. However, the plain chicken tender for my 17-month-old seemed a bit spicy for him, so he just enjoyed the fries and apple juice instead. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and my favorite part was the great selection of sodas!
1. The Macho Peas were spoiled. 2. The Wedges were undercooked. I’m not sure if this is a new thing with Nando's menu, but I've had wedges from this restaurant before, and they were different—something seems to have changed recently. Serving spoiled food is completely unacceptable. I typically don’t write negative reviews publicly, but this incident raises serious health concerns. I urge the restaurant to be extra cautious about such matters.
I lived in South Africa which is the home of Nandos, they make a good Nandos meal, this excuse for a Nandos meal is a joke, it’s tasteless, bland… I make a better Nandos burger!Atmosphere is utterly terrible, it’s nothing like a Nandos!This place should not be allowed to call itself a Nandos…. It’s not.Exceptionally bad representation for the Nandos Brand.Don’t waste your time coming here.
Wonderful restaurant! It was slightly quiet during lunch hours. We ordered the whole chicken, and the prices are comparable to those in the UK. The chicken was incredibly juicy and cooked to perfection. The garlic sauce and hot sauce are essential additions. The staff was very friendly, and they were doing a great job of following COVID protocols.
