Went to have dinner with my wife and son. My son was the one that treated us as my wife is always talking about this place. But was his first time. Where to begin... when we walked in, no one greeted us, even though there was a sign at the door to wait, it took over 30 minutes to get our food, you would think it was a luxurious restaurant. My wife ordered avocado (which was an additional $1.99) but didn 't get any in her wrap. We never got our drinks, had to go ask for them after we got our food. I ordered a cocktail that was on the menu for $8.95, but didn 't have any alcohol in it. It was just mixed juice. Place over charges for food and drinks that aren 't even what is stated on the menu....
The food is always a family favorite. The service was good. However, the scan ordering service allowed me to order something that was out of stock. The cashier read the available options to me. Suggestion: Maybe the system should not allow customers to order unavailable items. Parking: Parking Garage at Trader Joe's Kid-friendliness: Mac a cheese, chicken straps, French fries. Food is just as great as the customer service atmosphere! Chicken always cooked perfectly how I request and staff is incredibly kind.
