Napolean Bakery

I experienced the worst customer service. I have been coming to this location for years and loved it so much. I placed an order for a birthday cake. When I went to pick up the cake, the owner could not find my order. She later found a paper with my order. She looked at me and told me the cake was never made. It was a big disappointment because I had a birthday party planned with guest coming over. She never offered to make the cake for a different day due to the inconvenience. She told me to go to Carvel or Tulipan. Napoleon Bakery is definitely lacking customer service. I will not be returning anymore. I hope the owner reviews this and improves their customer service.

Great place but is time to reopen to general public the way it used to be life I getting back to normal stop loosing costumer we used to love going there have our Coffee there and feel the home welcoming that they used to have TIME TO REOPEN PLEASE

I'll drive hours to eat here. This place is changing. Amazing. Wonderful. Every second and worth Penny. I've been here since I was a little girl with my dad. The service is always amazing and I miss her food so much. Go.

This place looks cute but always closed. I tried 4 different times at this point. Maybe they have a different business model.
