My wife called to inquire about the ingredients in their gluten-free pizza due to her numerous allergies, including some that could lead to anaphylaxis. She knows she can’t eat at most places but thought it was worth asking. While on hold, she was met with a very rude response when someone finally answered, asking her what other allergies she had. She mentioned that she had a few and requested that they read her the ingredients for confirmation. We order pizza there tonight for a birthday party we actually had some guests who asked if we were getting the same pizza as we did for our other son last month because they loved it. Especially the chicken bacon ranch. My husband went to pick up and even though I did text my husband the order to make sure he didn’t miss anything, a pizza was missing from the order and I called and they delivered to me house in record time. I couldn’t believe how quick they were here and so willing to resolve the issue! Food was also great!

We've ordered from here probably every day during renovations. This place is awesome! Delicious ! Kid-friendliness: My child's super picky but he LOVES their cheese pizza! He even eats the crust! Dangerous Albanian man hurtled threats over the phone, threatening to cause serious bodily harm, and shoot my loved ones over hanging up the phone mid order due to his rudeness. Woman inside also said inflammatory comments about my race, and told me to come to their store and get beat up. Unfriendly, dangerous, and an unwelcome business in the neighborhood.

It's a take out pizza joint. Pizzas and salads are good. Gluten free crust was good. Bacon was plentiful on the pizza, crumbles not strips. Few tables to sit at if you do want to eat in but nothing to do inside other than listen to the boys in the back.
I’m currently enjoying a Big Mac pizza, and it's delicious! The crust is light and crispy, and it has just the right amount of toppings. Yum! My son also loves his calzone. Is this going to be our new favorite pizza place?
Napoli’s has been our go to for 6+ years. Our top two items ordered are half cheese/half pepperoni pie and teriyaki steak and cheese calzone with pickles and it’s THE BEST. Everyone is always so friendly!!
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! The man I spoke to on the phone was rude and unpleasant. I won’t be returning to this restaurant. Proceed with caution!
