My husband and I love Nara Sushi Bistro. The food is excellent and the buffet offers a lot of variety for all tastes. The place is nothing special to look at and the service is generally good so can not complain. Atina is lovely, very friendly, and attentive. We have visited when it has not been busy and service is ok but you do sometimes have the get their attention to order some more food or pay the bill. They do sometimes miss items off the order but we just have to get the staff back to remind them and they then bring it over, so its not a big deal. Over all we find the place great value for money, food is incredible but service can be hit or miss but nothing that ruins our dining experi...
We went to Nara Sushi for the first time last night would definitely recommend it to anyone, whether you like sushi or not. Their ramen soup is amazing. If the supermarket sushi has put you off in the past, believe me it’s nothing like fresh sushi!! Bewtween the four of us, we had a ramen soup each ,a large tempura side, a large Shashimi side and a small gyoza side. A few drinks it was just over £100. The service and attentive staff were second to none. We’ll definitely be going back in the future. To save any embarrassment, they don’t appear to take card payment, unless their machine was broken. There is however a cash point just over the road, for those caught without.
Reviews on deliveroo rated this above Wagamama and as an independent we wanted to support so took a chance. What a mistake.. Horrific and inedible. Noodles straight out of the 90’s when no one in the UK had a clue about world cuisine. Slippery over sauced in sickly sweet sugared yuckiness ! Not a piece of veg in sight. Husband ordered skewers and we only could stomach one between us! Only thing that passed was the complimentary miso soup, which takes no effort other than a bit of boiling water was reconstituted). £35 for a take away for two and only the complimentary miso soup was edible Yuck yuck yuck Offended my house still has a lingering odour from it.
Cannot recommend this place enough. At £22.80 a person for delicious, made to order, fresh sushi, the value for money is insane. The service was quick, friendly and portions were perfect. The hot food was delicious and freshly cooked too. Drinks are a little pricey but honestly it doesn’t matter when the food is such a bargain. We left feeling satisfied and like we had great value for money. You absolutely need to try this if you enjoy sushi and Japanese cuisine. We will be returning soon.

we dived in nara sushi before we saw a show, the service was friendly and good. Eating was delicious, I had the salmon set and my partner had a lot of veggie dishes, everything came fast and was very fresh. I am looking forward to going back!
We visited Nara Sushi for a family lunch. We decided to try the buffet, which was excellent value at £22.80 each (half price for kids). We tried a wide range of hot and cold food and left there very satisfied! We‘lol definitely be back!
I ordered the salmon don and salmon set, both made fresh and tasted delicious. I didn't even have time to take a photo because I was so eager to eat. The staff was friendly and the food was flavorful, all at a great price.
This is currently our favorite restaurant. The food is prepared fresh to order. We recently discovered their all-you-can-eat buffet for £22.50 per person and the food is amazing.

Buffett on a Sunday afternoon. It was brilliant food and because me and my wife were the only people there the service was good. The fish used was so fresh. Deffo reccomend!
