OMG! We were just visiting the town and asked a local friend for a recommendation and let’s just say this place didn’t disappoint! By the time we came in for dinner, both me and my husband were starving hungry and didn’t feel like deciding what we want to order. So we went with Chef Omakase option each plus a California roll for our toddler. Even the California roll was nicer than typical sushi restaurant, but every single course of our meals was out of this world incredible! There were takoyaki and wasabi dumplings, eggplant salad, generous serving of sashimi with various toppings and sauces, 3 4 different rolls all quite well seasoned and well composed and I loved the choice of the ingredi...

Stepping into this sushi haven, you're immediately enveloped in its warm, cozy ambiance. Every bite speaks of quality. But the true heart of this place is the lovely lady who’s wearing the kindest smile, she has a unique way of making every guest feel special!! And on a memorable morning, being their first customer just 5 minutes post opening, that welcoming smile felt like it was reserved just for me! A must-visit for anyone seeking both delightful sushi and heartwarming hospitality!

This is BY FAR the best Japanese restaurant in Hampton Roads. I have been coming here for 9 years, and I've never even had a mediocre meal, nevermind a bad meal. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
