Disappointing burgers. ???? Truly terrible. However, the staff was fantastic! They were super friendly and accommodating, even bringing our food to the table. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo and my friend got a cheeseburger. We were mistakenly charged for two combos (but we didn’t argue since the cashier seemed new). The burgers were topped generously with fresh ingredients and came with a heap of large crinkle fries. The cooks did a great job with the preparation and presentation. Unfortunately, Nathan's burgers were quite unappetizing. They had a bad taste, unpleasant texture, and a grayish color. ???? Neither of us could finish even half of our burgers, and I felt sick after leaving....
I don’t understand why almost nothing on the menu is available for online ordering. We came knowing exactly what we wanted to eat, but when we tried to order, they acted like we didn’t understand, saying the only burgers they offer are speck and regular. Yet, their website shows a variety of complex and appealing burgers. It doesn’t make any sense, and we were really disappointed—especially after driving around for hours with nothing else open except this place. On top of that, their drive-thru isn’t functional; you have to place your order at the window.
I had a very disappointing experience at Nathan's Famous Hot Dogs at 1401 South Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach. The staff appeared uninterested in helping us right from the beginning, which set a negative tone. We ordered six hot dogs but only received five. Out of those, only one had ketchup, even though two were supposed to. The food quality was poor, especially the hot dog with canned chili, which was unappealing enough that I had to discard it. I won't be coming back and would recommend others to think twice before eating here.
In real time, Nathan's Fries are my absolute favorite. When I'm in the U.S., especially out West, I even order them through Amazon's same-day delivery option – can you believe it? During my visit to Myrtle Beach in 2015, I had the pleasure of stopping by this Nathan's location since it was just a short walk from my beachfront hotel. That meant I didn’t have to walk far after indulging in my gluttonous cravings! This place truly hit the mark for me and made me fall even more in love with Nathan and his incredible fries!

I was extremely disappointed with my $68 meal! The hot dogs we ordered (three in total) were dry and unpleasant. The cheeseburger was inedible. We also ordered four cheese sticks but weren't charged for them, so I can't provide a review. The fries were thick and served cold, almost raw. On a positive note, others mentioned that the chicken tender Philly cheesesteak was decent. However, the service—or lack thereof—was unbelievable. Overall, I would give this experience a minus three.
We had an excellent experience at Nathan's Famous Hot Dogs. Everything we ordered was flavorful and satisfying. We sampled the hot dog nuggets, wobble rings, a chili cheese hot dog, and chili cheese fries, all served hot, fresh, and delicious. Although the hot dog nuggets were smaller than we expected, they were still enjoyable and quite filling. The staff member at the counter was patient, courteous, and professional. Overall, the food was consistently hot and fresh!
My first time is Nathan's restaurant. I love buying the brand from the grocery store, but this restaurant food was terrible. The hot dog tasted undercooked as if it were only for 1 min in the microwave and the chili tasted like the can hot dog chili. Fries were hot, but the can Chili ruined it for me. Throw the food away after I tried to eat my money. Couldn't eat half the food just tasty
We went to Nathan's on 9/7/22 and had to wait awhile. However, it wasn't the fault of the staff; the gentleman working the drive thru (and the whole front) was very professional and, although he didn't say, it wasn't his fault. Shortage of the staff was theissue. I feel he is a valuable employee and hopefully Nathan's is taking care of him

This place is truly amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly. The person who took our order was not only friendly but also very funny. We had a great time, and we left with smiles on our faces. However, I don't remember the name of the restaurant.
The hot dogs did not taste good. The chili cheese fries tastes like they were dog food. Truly sorry our kids and us tried them
