Me and a few friends came in for dinner and was greeted with a lovely waitress. soon after we got disrespectful looks and eye rolling from Andria. We noticed hair on the cucumber and burgers without cheese when asked and had been brought the wrong drinks multiple times- although got quickly sorted by the manager Simon. I have came here before so i had high hopes but Andria soon ruined it. They then had the audacity to give us the bill with a £9 service charge on it, with the disrespect and quite a few mistakes with the food and drink. The restaurant is spacious and offers impeccable service. While staying at the Premier Inn, we took a bus to explore the eateries on Cowley Road. Without doing any prior research, we were drawn to this family restaurant. The lamb shish was very tender and the salads were nicely dressed. The bulgur and rice were delicious, and the baklava and ice cream were generously portioned. Everyone in the restaurant appeared to be enjoying their meals. We also enjoyed a lovely bottle of Turkish white wine. Overall, a great dining experience.
This was our 2nd visit in a week we had grilled sea bass and Shiah chicken grilled , food were excellent well done , top of there service was fantastic well manor specially zeehad and waiter Abdul , zeehad offered us fantastic Turkish tea as a complimentary , Abdul is a very hard worker he deserves to have a permanent position in nefs Istanbul , I will recommend to my family and friends to visit to that restaurant in cowley oxford , we will definitely come back to nefs Istanbul ,
This is our 3rd visit to that restaurant food was excellent we had grilled seebass with rice and salad fish was very well done what we expected thanks to lovely smiley chef he knows his customer demand , as well as husna and zeehad who served us so nicely and well Customer manor , I will recommend to my family and friends who hasn’t try Turkish food before they should go to nefs and try well done all of you we go back to nefs

Hands down best Turkish food I have had in this country. If you are even considering eating here, stop considering and book a table ASAP. Lovely, attentive service from start to finish with an excellent range of dishes to suit all tastes. The food was clean, cooked fresh with each dish having a distinct taste. This is a place not too be missed.
We had a lovely time here the food was delicious and plentiful and hot the service was quick and the staff were very friendly and attentive. One of waitresses even organised a slice of cheese cake for husbands birthday which was great. Really lovely place to eat and will be back soon
Since Hasan the manager has left they've gone downhill. Sorry but after eating there regularly since they open unfortunately we won't be going back. Better off trying Antep or a new favourite in the area in Sir Sun Chinese restaurant.
My family and I came here to celebrate a special occasion with a large group. The service was warm and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious! Everyone left satisfied and happy. We will definitely be coming back again!

We found the service staff to be very rude and inattentive which is a big surprise given the reviews. The food was ok but our meal was really spoilt by the poor service
The best restaurant in Cowley! The authentic cuisine is superb and highly recommended. There are great options for people of all ages.
