I arrived at 8:15 PM, with closing time at 9 PM. While I waited at the front desk, three other customers came in after me. After a few minutes, an employee appeared from the back and informed me that all orders were taking 45 minutes to an hour, which would be past closing time. When I asked why the wait was so long since we were the only customers, she said it was because she didn’t want to clean the machines again. The customer service was extremely disappointing.
I went to Nekter Juice at 8:05 a.m. to order a juice, but the staff was very rude. The employee told me there would be a 45-minute wait. We stepped outside to think about it, came back two minutes later to order, and she then said they were out of all fresh juices. The customer service was terrible and very unfriendly. No wonder the store was empty at 8 p.m. on a Saturday night.
First time here very disappointed in the Açaí Banana Berry Bowl. Tasted like the staff forgot to add açaí, as the flavor was vaguely reminiscent of a plain snow cone. Didn?t complain because my kid was happy to eat it but would highly suggestpeople with more discerning palates head elsewhere. Staff was friendly enough though.

We came out to decide what to do then we came in to order after 2 minutes and she said we are out of any fresh juice. Very impolite and verybad costumer service. I accidentally ordered a juice at this location and didn't realize it until too late. I called and the girl helping was super helpful. She didn't even care about the juice she made for me it was about me getting my money back. Maybe I should made thetrip out to Tustin :
I ordered watermelon juice and matcha ice cream. Watermelon juice was ok. But ice cream was on one the worst one in the area. I am not sure if there was a manager on duty. Kitchen was in terrible condition. It looks no one cleaned this kitchen for years.
Really great experience. Staff was friendly and made my order promptly. Even though it took a little bit of time, it's worth the way for juice and smoothies this fresh! The new pumpkin spice smoothie is delicious and isn't overly sweet.
I ordered a bowl through the app and it arrived a bit early. The bowl was ready, and the staff were friendly, polite, and personable. The seating area was clean and inviting. As always, the food was delicious. Réservez une table maintenant
