Nello’s - Réservation de table

After being highly recommended by family members, my husband and I decided to check it out here for our first wedding anniversary. We had a reservation and first it took a while to be acknowledged by someone that we were waiting at the front door. Then when we were, our waitress said she’d be right back as she wanted to set a table for us which wasn’t a big deal but I watched her do a bunch of other things while we were still waiting, standing at the front, which annoyed me a little bit. We love Nello's and have eaten here many times over the years. The food is delicious and the portion sizes and flavors are big.Recently, knowing that the restaurant is usually busy, I made a reservation online because it said that the restaurant was closed during the day. I received a confirmation that my reservation was accepted and went to the restaurant for that time. The staff didn't have my reservation and said that the system automatically generates a response online without adding the name to the list.We waited at the bar for about 20 minutes, then we're seated and enjoyed an amazing meal.The only criticism would be regarding the online reservation. We will continue to eat here again...

Not a great experience. The manager should show the staff assigned to clean the tables off between guests how to squeeze out excess water from the wiping towel, our tables was soaken wet when we sat down. Meals were over priced, poor quality for what you have to pay for them. Raj our waiter had our bills for the meals and drinks all mixed up, when I mentioned it he didn't seem to care and didn't even offer to correct them. I paid 28.00 for 3 meatballs and a handful of lettuce. Great place to go if you like over priced noodles and poor service.

This was the first time that we ate here. It was our anniversary and had heard good things about this restaurant.. We had an amazing meal. Our waitress Audrey was awesome .. service was so great. Atmosphere was perfect. The food was beyond good..We had such a wonderful evening.Of course had enough left over food to bring home for another meal.. The tiramasui was the best we had even had.Totally a memorable time.. We will defiantly go back. Réservez une table maintenant

Great food and the restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. However, throughout the meal we felt a bit rushed. For example, the appetizers were served and the main course quickly followed, the bus boy was told a few times that we were not finished with the current course of food. However, this will not deter us from dining there again because the food was fantastic with large main course dining.

The food was served quite quickly, piping hot, and very delicious! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, great for a couple or a table of 8. Raj, our server, provided exceptional service. Thanks Nello's for an evening to remember!Dietary restrictions: They have some gluten free options.

Decided since I was in the area to try it out and get some take out. Great decision. Very cozy restaurant, was greeted by several friendly staff, and it didn't take long at all for my order to be made. It was delicious, and I'll definitely come back to try more dishes!

Such a sweet little italian place . Serving sizes are huge I suggest sharing . It was more than dinner out it was an event. House wine was rather delightful, server was more than informative and the place was not so large that it was too loud. Réservez une table maintenant

The price was actually pretty expensive. However, I was overall satisfied with good enough portion and taste of pasta. One order of pasta was like 2 portions. Servers were nice too. I will for sure come again.
