I was walking by today and overheard what appeared to be the owner scolding a distressed customer who was with her child. It was truly shocking. Telling a customer that "God's punishment is coming for you" is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of suitability for a career in customer service. This kind of unprofessional behavior will definitely prompt me to escalate the matter to corporate.
At Nestlé Toll House Café By Chip, the staff was extremely rude, yelling at children nearby as well as me and my family while we were standing outside with my elderly grandmother. The employee told us to move and then spoke negatively about us to other customers. On top of that, the food from their menu had hair in it, which was disgusting.
The brownies, double trouble, cookie slices, and cookie cups are simply delightful and delicious. Sadly, this café is one of the few of its kind still operating in the United States today. If you're in the mood for something sweet, make sure to check out this café located in the mall in Bay Shore, NY—you won't be disappointed!
Owner VERY rude , I walked up to buy a milkshake he scooped the wrong ice cream , once I told him that I didn?t want that flavor he got a attitude and then began to argue with me on how I didn?t tell him sooner when I proceeded to check out he asked if Iwas feeling okay today ????????? never brought from there again Réservez une table maintenant
was walking by today and heard what looked like the owner cursing out an upset customer, who was with her child. absolutely ridiculous. saying that gods punishment is coming for you to a customer means you shouldn?t be working in customer service.unprofessional, i will be getting corporate involved.
The owner was very rude. I went to buy a milkshake, and he scooped the wrong ice cream flavor. When I told him I didn’t want that flavor, he became defensive and argued that I should have told him sooner. As I was checking out, he even asked if I was feeling okay. I will never buy from there again.
The staff here is amazing! We had outstanding service from a young woman named Tania. Thanks to the welcoming team, I highly recommend this restaurant to all customers.
Nestlé Toll House Café By Chip offers great coffee and incredible double chocolate brownies. The menu has delicious options, and the customer service is excellent. Réservez une table maintenant
