We went with a group and loved the private room that could probably hold 20 people. It was nice to have an activity of cooking the meat while we ate. The marinated chicken and short rib were the best. The spicy pork was great if you like spicy. The pork belly was our least favorite. If we returned, we would skip that option. The complimentary sides were just okay they could be improved imo with seaweed and cucumber salad. Do not leave without getting the Korean chicken wings. They were amazing. Our server Z was very attentive and friendly.
Although they were in the process of closing, the friendly servers kindly agreed to take our order, allowing us to enjoy our drinks despite not being able to sit down. That was very considerate of them! There were numerous bubble tea options to choose from, and I opted for the Strawberry tea, which was fantastic—I couldn't help but savor every sip. I'm eager to return soon to sample more items, especially the shaved ice, which is a delightful treat in Korea. I can't wait to try all the different varieties!
I just visited a brand new spot! It's a coffee and dessert cafe that I decided to try. While waiting at a red light, I searched for shaved ice and coffee shops, and this place popped up. The service was fantastic, and the staff were super friendly. I have to say, the coffee and desserts were delicious! A big thank you to everyone working there; I really appreciate it. This was my first time checking it out, and I highly recommend that anyone Googling nearby stops by to see for themselves!
We participated in a Lunar New Year celebration and the unveiling of a new sculpture by Mike Han. The event had a great turnout, and the atmosphere was warm and festive. The owners of New Seoul Plaza spoke, showcasing their sense of community and generosity. Local dignitaries were also in attendance, including the Mayor of Southfield. Plus, the food was incredible. A culinary experience like no other. Excellent decor matched by a hugely efficient service, genuine Korean beverages and a real interactive DIY BBQ main that got the whole table involved. A great way to break the ice with colleagues or to try something a little bit different. The service was incredibly fast and efficient, plus there is the added bonus of a small convenience store that only sells Korean produce.
The K-pop merchandise shop is absolutely adorable! I discovered items that I couldn't find online. I ended up purchasing an album and a BT21 item. The staff were very friendly. The shop is small but very tidy and organized. I really loved the experience. After shopping, I enjoyed dinner at a Korean BBQ restaurant, which was fantastic!
We had an incredible experience! The food was fresh and delicious, and the portions were generous. Even though we were a party of three, the marinated plate for two was more than enough to satisfy us. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely return!
I love this place. It's my family's go to for Korean BBQ experience. I have not really had a bad experience. Once in a while their side dishes are a miss but not normally. I love they're other section Myomee as well. Great bubble tea and Korean ice cream. Réservez une table maintenant
