New Shanghai - Réservation de table

I dined here today and was quite disappointed. I ordered the beef chow mein, which lacked flavor, and the beef was fatty—definitely seemed like a frozen meal. The only decent part of the meal was the starters. For a total of £18.10, I would have expected some complimentary prawn crackers. It's clear that I won't be returning. If you're looking for a good local Chinese, I recommend Peking Chef on Chester Road; it’s lovely there.
