Definitely meh. I had the three piece catfish combo, and my friend got the 1/4lb popcorn shrimp combo. The proteins were good, but the fries that came with them were soft despite being fried a deep brown, and had absolutely no salt on them. Gross. The coleslaw was just finely chopped cabbage and carrots, no sauce or seasoning of any kind. The rolls were pretty good, a bit sweet but I'm assuming they were Hawaiian rolls or something, so I liked them. I ended up putting the coleslaw on the roll and topping it with some of the included cocktail sauce, which was good. The tartar sauce was excellent. And, they were open super late. I just arrived in Grand Rapids late at night and found that there weren't many dining options available. I asked the hotel front desk staff for a recommendation, and without any hesitation, she suggested New York Fried Chicken. I placed my order, and it was delivered promptly. I’m taking my first bite now, and it’s absolutely delicious! Jason, or "Big J" as he’s known, was the delivery guy, and he was fantastic—super friendly and on the ball. I highly recommend this place!
Ordered food from here while we were in Grand Rapids and had it delivered to our room. If I could have I would have given them even a -1 star. We got our food and it was very over cooked to the point my chicken tenders were dry and tough, and most of our food was cold. We definitely will not be ordering from here again. Very disappointed.
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was not good at all, the service was lacking, and everything was overpriced. I won’t be returning. The catfish was extremely bland, and the chicken was tough and flavorless. I ended up having to throw it away. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant. They use Styrofoam containers, and my food arrived in good condition and within a reasonable timeframe. The burger was a generous size and tasted quite good. However, the fries were a bit bland and dry. Overall, I'd rate the food a 3 out of 5.
