New York Grilled Cheese

I wanted to try the vegan grilled cheese sandwich. It’s good, in a greasy way. I combined that with delicious fries. I felt nasty the rest of the day! There are no salads or other veggies on the menu. Strange sweet mushroom “bisque.” I guess vegan cheese can be considered a vegetable?

The vegan cheese at this restaurant melts perfectly and tastes even better than their non-vegan grilled cheeses. Their fries are also vegan and delicious. This is not the place to go if you're looking to avoid greasy food. The staff are always incredibly nice and friendly.

The vegan grilled cheese sandwich at this restaurant is extremely greasy and deep-fried, with fries that are equally oily. Unfortunately, there was a piece of meat in my sandwich, likely due to the frier being used for both meat and vegan items. Not a pleasant experience.

My experience at New York Grilled Cheese in Wilton Manors was truly love at first bite. It may have been midnight on Halloween night, but that didn't take away from the incredible flavors and atmosphere of the restaurant.

This was the only restaurant open when we arrived around 12:00 PM after traveling a long distance. We had high expectations based on the pictures, but we were ultimately disappointed. The food did not live up to the hype.
