When it was time to place our order, I was surprised at how quickly I was able to give it—definitely the fastest I've experienced at any restaurant! I appreciated the waitress’s patience and efficiency, especially since she had to manage half the restaurant herself. Our food took around 20 minutes to arrive, during which I observed the two waitstaff tirelessly running back and forth with food, drinks, and orders. They truly deserve a raise or generous tips for handling so much on their own; it was impressive to see. I recently went to this Uno's which is the only Uno's left in Manhattan and wow!, me and my family had a great time! The Chicago classic was great, and OMG I HIGHLY recommend the crazy- good caramel cake dessert, it is out of this world! My waiter Sebastian was really cool and down to earth, and the Manager Bruno actually came to the table and asked us how we were doing, which surprisingly doesn't happen that much at restaurants nowadays. If you are in the area of the museum of natural history you owe it to yourselves to stop by and eat some great deep dish pizza and please try the caramel cake or deep dish cookie dessert!
With plenty of space to accommodate over a hundred guests, this restaurant offers both dine-in and take-out options, as well as a cozy bar for enjoying drinks. The staff, including the welcoming hostess, attentive waiters, and friendly bartender, provide excellent service. The salads and pizzas of various sizes are fantastic. Additionally, the beautiful view of the Natural History Museum and the surrounding square enhances the experience. Overall, it’s a delightful dining experience.
I really enjoyed the French fries; they were fat-free and seemed to be roasted, which made them delicious. The pizza was tasty too.
